The National Pension Commission (PenCom) has announced the commencement of the 2025 Annual Customer Satisfaction Survey for active contributors and retirees under the Contributory Pension Scheme (CPS).

According to the Commission, the survey, which opened on 3 November 2025, will run until 17 December 2025. PenCom said the exercise is aimed at gauging the experiences of Retirement Savings Account (RSA) holders and retirees, with particular attention to customer satisfaction, brand awareness, and pension literacy.

In a public statement, PenCom called on all active contributors and retirees to take part in the exercise. “We encourage all contributors and retirees to kindly complete the survey,” the Commission said.

PenCom stated that members of the public can access the survey through its verified handles on Facebook (@PenCom.gov), Twitter/X (@PenComNig), Instagram (@pencomnigeria), and LinkedIn (National Pension Commission).

The Commission noted that the participation of stakeholders will support its efforts to strengthen service delivery and improve engagement with contributors and retirees across the pension industry.
