The Dangote Refinery has announced that it will begin free delivery of petrol to filling stations across the country starting Monday, September 15, 2025.

The company made this known in a statement describing the initiative as part of efforts to ease distribution challenges and provide additional benefits to registered petrol station owners nationwide.

“The free supply will cover selected states at the early stage, while it will be extended to other parts of the country in subsequent phases. All petrol station owners nationwide are invited to register for free delivery and other benefits,” the company said.

It urged interested marketers to contact the refinery through its official sales channels for registration and participation in the scheme.

Alongside the delivery plan, the refinery also announced a downward adjustment in its petrol price. The new gantry price has been fixed at ₦820 per litre, with the retail pump price varying across states.

According to the company, filling stations in Lagos, Ogun, Oyo, Ondo, Osun, and Ekiti States are expected to sell petrol at ₦841 per litre, while Abuja, Delta, Rivers, Edo, and Kwara will retail at ₦851 per litre.

The company stated that the free delivery scheme is designed to reduce logistics costs for marketers and ensure wider accessibility of petrol at stable prices.

The move is expected to further stabilise fuel supply across the country as the refinery continues to ramp up its distribution network.
