Dangote Receives Prestigious Senegalese Honour

President Bola Tinubu has congratulated Alhaji Aliko Dangote, President and CEO of Dangote Group, for being awarded the National Order of the Lion by President Macky Sall of Senegal.
This recognition, the highest order in Senegal, will be conferred on Dangote on February 2, 2024.
In a statement, Chief Ajuri Ngelale, Special Adviser to the President (Media and Publicity), conveyed the President’s commendation stressing that “the award serves as a testament to Dangote’s outstanding achievements in fostering growth and prosperity.”
President Tinubu praised Dangote for his remarkable business acumen, job creation, and economic contributions in Nigeria and West Africa and wished him continued success in all his endeavors.
