In a gesture of appreciation for their dedicated customers, BUA Cement recently rewarded 16 lucky individuals with cars and cash prizes in the grand finale of the BUA ‘WinWithTheKing’ promo.
During the event, four fortunate winners were presented with brand-new MG5 2023 Saloon Cars, while an additional 12 participants walked away with substantial N1 million cash prizes, all determined through an exciting raffle draw.
Nasiru Ladan Bashir, the Director of Sales and Marketing at BUA Cement, emphasized that these awards fulfilled the company’s commitment to its customers turned ambassadors. Bashir highlighted the significance of reaching out to individuals from low-income backgrounds, affirming the company’s mission to directly impact the lives of those using their products.
“This fulfillment of promises made during the promo’s launch on August 10th underscores our dedication. We pledged four lucky winners of brand-new saloon cars, and today, those winners emerged. Additionally, we extended consolation prizes of N1 million each to other participants who weren’t fortunate enough to win the cars,” stated Bashir.
Highlighting the promo’s 80-day duration, Bashir noted the multitude of winners across the country, with prizes ranging from tricycles, television sets, T-shirts, to rechargeable lamps. He also emphasized the successful redemption of a substantial portion of the awarded items.
“This event marks a successful culmination where we’ve upheld our commitment to our customers. What’s truly heartening is the life-changing impact these winners expressed. Our aim was for this opportunity to be transformative for those who might not typically have such luck,” Bashir added.
Assuring customers of the promo’s annual recurrence, Bashir confirmed the company’s commitment to consistently appreciating and giving back to their loyal patrons.
Shuaib Abdulwahab, a Bricklayer from Kogi State and one of the fortunate car winners, expressed profound gratitude, mentioning that the award has fundamentally transformed his life. Abdulwahab conveyed his intention to utilize the prize to pursue further education, an opportunity he missed due to family circumstances that led him into bricklaying at a young age.
Among the other ecstatic winners were Itesa Solomon, Zainal Abidin Muhammed (Trader), and Humphrey E. Nwobodo. The 12 recipients of the N1 million cash prizes included Haruna Falalu, Ugochukwu Ezeh Martha, Hashimu Adamu, Farouk Oladipupo, Nuuman Aliyu, Amoko Igbekele Femi, Muhammad Yan Ruwa, and Muhammad Tajuddin Isah.
