Access bank aims for more customer satisfaction, spends 6.3 billion naira

Access Bank Plc has in the last 15 years expended 6.3 billion naira on customer satisfaction.
This was made public at the opening of the Diamondxtra season 15 promo on Tuesday at the banks head office in Lagos .
Access bank Plc group head consumer banking, Njideka Esomeju in her remarks said the lender will continue to support and enrich its customers.
Many customers were honored with gifts in form of cash prizes at the Diamondxtra season 15 opening, which will be on till December.
Njideka further stated that the drive will touch all parts of the country , north, south, east and west. ” We want to enrich and bless people’s lives”.
She also said the bank is organizing digital training for their customers to enable them gain more knowledge on how to conduct their bank business. ” We just want to say thank you for having a Diamondxtra account and help enrich your life.

She further pointed out that this practice has been on for fifteen years and they are proud of the feedbacks . ‘ this year we are doing ExtraAwoof, meaning we are giving cash to much more people to benefit.
Njideka also pointed out that the rewards will not be equal, some people will get 1 million naira while some will get 10,000 as loyalty rewards.
“Customers are top priority”. She also said the banks primary focus is providing customer- focused solutions to serve the need of customers in real time , and encourage them to imbibe the savings culture so as to achieve their dreams .
Njideka also said there have been positive evolvement overtime and various digital services offer and propositions that would be useful to customers at this time hence the Diamondxtra Digital.
The Diamondxtra Digital campaign is open to new and existing account holders and it takes only two minutes to open. A minimum of two thousand naira or more fund is what is required of customers, and also to perform five or more transactions through the Accessmore app, the USSD code *901* or debit cards
